Returns
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in cases where an item is received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds at our sole discretion and may require proof prior to approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Proof of damage or error may be required before an exchange is authorized.
International Orders
International orders are subject to the same all‑sales‑final policy.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable for international orders.
We do not refund customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid to foreign authorities.
If an international shipment is:
Refused
Unclaimed
Abandoned
Returned due to unpaid customs charges
the order will not be eligible for a refund.
International exchanges, if approved, may require the customer to cover reshipping costs.
