NASA Center pickup is available only to authorized NASA employees and on-site contractors. Valid identification is required at pickup.

Standard Shipping

We offer shipping on all eligible products to customers within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

NASA Center Employee Pickup

NASA Center pickup is offered as a convenience for authorized NASA employees and on-site contractors.

Eligibility

Pickup is restricted to:
• Active NASA employees
• Authorized on-site contractors

A valid government-issued ID or NASA/contractor credential is required at the time of pickup.

Orders placed using this option by unauthorized individuals may be canceled or converted to a shipped order at the customer’s expense.

Pickup Process

When you select a NASA Center Employee Pickup option at checkout:

  1. Your order will be prepared for pickup at the selected center.
  2. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
  3. You must present valid identification when picking up your order.
  4. Orders must be picked up within the specified pickup window communicated in your notification.

Failure to pick up within the allotted time may result in order cancellation or reshipment fees.

International Shipping


We offer international shipping to select countries where delivery reliability and customs processing meet our standards. International availability, shipping rates, and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.


International Delivery Timeframes


International orders typically require additional time beyond domestic shipping due to customs processing and carrier handling. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, carrier processing, or local delivery services are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for:

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Delays caused by customs processing or local authorities

Failure to pay required customs charges may result in delivery delays, returns, or abandonment of the shipment by the carrier. Shipping costs are non‑refundable in these cases.

This information is displayed during checkout prior to payment. By completing an international purchase, the customer confirms acknowledgment of these terms.


International Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:


Customs delays or inspections

Refused or unpaid import charges

Delays caused by local postal or courier services

Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information

International orders are considered fulfilled once shipped and handed to the carrier. Delays related to customs processing, carrier handling, or local delivery services do not constitute non‑delivery.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with import requirements, the order will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping costs.

Once an international order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:
• Cancel orders placed with incorrect or unauthorized pickup selections
• Convert unauthorized pickup orders to shipped orders
• Refuse pickup without valid ID
